Are all sales final?
Yes. Please double check shipping info and quantities before confirming your order.
Will you replace a defective sticker?
In short, yes. Stickers will not be replaced if the defect was caused by the sticker being applied incorrectly. This includes being placed in a spot it was not intended for; such as areas with constant high moisture or excessive heat. Please note the inside of your car's windshield, specifically the frits & secondary defrost wires, are high heat concentrated areas and will cause the adhesive to melt. Additionally, most die cut stickers will come with a protective film. We are not responsible for any damage stickers may acquire during the removal of this film.
You're sold out of the sticker I want. Will you ever print more?
If the demand is high enough, yes. Restocks will typically occur once a month.
When do you release new designs?
All releases and restocks happen on Friday's at 6:00 PM pacific time, unless stated otherwise.
How long do orders take to process?
All orders are processed & shipped out within 2 business days, unless stated otherwise.

San Diego, California.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We also ship to hell and other solar systems, just pay shipping and handling. For products that do not have international shipping as an option, you can request a shipping quote by emailing us at [email protected]. Be sure to include your address and the product(s) you are interested in.
Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by customs when ordering international.
Do you do commissions or take character requests?
At this time we do not do commissions. All suggestions and requests are considered, but not all of them will be completed.
Do you offer sponsorships opportunities?
No, we have never and will never do sponsorships of any kind.
Would you be interested in partnering with us to sell your products in our store or on our website?
No. Hellsent products can only be purchased through www.hellsent.us. We do not allow third party retailers or brands to sell our products.
Do you offer a military discount?
Not officially, but shoot us an email before placing an order. We will take care of our armed forces and veterans across the world.
Do you offer tracking for stickers?
At this time, no. Stickers are sent via USPS using stamps. However, all orders over $80 will automatically be shipped first class and will include tracking.
Who designs and prints your stickers?
We design them & @aimlessgoods takes care of printing them.
Favorite anime?
Code Geass, Hataraku Maou-sama, and Akame Ga Kill were enjoyable.
What's in the Hellsent garage?
