Commissions

Step 1:
Fill out our commissions at the bottom of this page. 

Step 2:
We will contact you regarding your request. If we agree to take on the commission, a 25% deposit is required for us to begin the commission.
We can accept payment via zelle, venmo, or paypal (add 3% for service fee).

Step 3:
We will email you to clarify any details or changes regarding the commission before we begin. 

Step 4:
We create your design. We will send you a rough outline sketch, as well as a 75%-90% done render before finalizing the design. We will only honor small changes beyond what we agreed on in our email. 

Step 5:
We will email you a copy of the finished artwork in both a .PNG file & the original .PSD file with all the layers. All designs will be scaled to around 5000x8000 resolution, which is good for most printing needs, including stickers, apparel, or wall flags. 

Your deposit:
Your initial deposit will count towards the final price of the commissioned design. A 2 week turnaround time is guaranteed after deposit is received. We will contact you prior to starting the commissioned piece if the 2 weeks deadline cannot be met due to our schedule. 

Personal use vs commercial use:
Please note commercial use if for designs intended to be resold for profit. Selling the design as a sticker, placing it on a garment, etc, constitutes commercial use. Resell of the commission designed without paying for commercial rights will result in a breach of contract and is subject to litigation and prosecution by HELLSENT, INC., a registered business in California.

Using the design for a livery, personal sticker, etc, does not require commercial use.
